SHIPPING POLICY

At Sophie Alexander, we carefully pack every order so your linens arrive beautifully and on time. Below you’ll find how we ship, when to expect your package, and who to contact if you need help.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders ship within 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.

U.S. SHIPPING

Calculated at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery 2–5 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Orders $150 + ship free within the continental U.S.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES & DELAYS

Delivery windows are estimates. Weather events, carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs may extend timelines. We’ll do our best to help if a delay occurs.

ADDRESS CHANGES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If you need to update your address, contact info@sophiealexanderco.com immediately before the order ships. Packages returned as undeliverable can be reshipped; additional postage may apply.

LOST OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ days (U.S.) or 14+ days (international), or your order arrives damaged, email us at info@sophiealexanderco.com with your order number and photos of the packaging/product. We’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
