At Sophie Alexander, every piece is thoughtfully crafted to bring beauty and ease to your table. Because our linens are handmade, slight variations in pattern placement and finish are part of their character, not defects.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, in original packaging with tags/labels.
  
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  
• Sale/clearance items are final sale (unless defective on arrival).
  
• Custom sizes, personalized/monogrammed items are non-returnable (unless defective).
  

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage that affects use (e.g., stitching failure, misprint), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Resolution: upon approval, we will issue a store credit for the item amount.

Note: minor cosmetic variations typical of handmade production are not considered defects.

We do not offer exchanges for other models, sizes, or designs. If eligible, please submit a return.

Approved returns (that are not due to product error) will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval; your bank/issuer may take additional time.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

If your return is approved, we’ll send the return address and packing instructions. Please use a trackable service; we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
